Los Gatos, CA. – InnoLabroatories has just announced a breakthrough new electronic device that allows apartment residents to avoid one of their biggest fears: meeting their neighbors in the hallway.
“Our R&D team has been working on this project for nearly nine years, and they’ve finally perfected it. No one should have to meet their neighbors ever again,” said CEO Mats Tomkinson.
The new device is a series of sensors placed throughout the hallway that monitors the motion of doors and can tell if people are leaving or arriving. A green light then signals when it is okay for residents to securely leave their apartments without fear of running into a neighbor. An apartment complex in Kiruna has already been testing the system for two months.
“It’s fantastic,” said Lena Lindburg, 58, “Thanks to InnoLabs, I’ve been able to avert countless awkward silent moments.”
